Four Seasons-Dream Homes offer affordable retirement living! Their homes offer an exceptional value for the housing dollar because the homes are factory built in a very efficient environment. Manufactured homes are competitive with site built homes in appearance but cost much less to purchase.
We purchased and paid cash for a Four Seasons Home throught Morgan Hunter Homes and a local real easte company. It has been 8 months and the house still cannot be lived in. There are 3 broken floor support beams, the siding is buckeling, the foundation was not done properly,the interior walls continue to crack as the house sits there. We noticed that the bigger bedroom in the closet was coming apart where they put the home together. I also noticed in where the living room and kitchen join together, who ever painted did a bad job.

I recently relplaced the carpeting, but it was almost 20 years old and I have big dogs so it got a lot of use. The siding still looks nice, but I use house wash every year to remove oxydation and dirt. I've never had a problem with the furnace or the water system.

The problems we encountered were not with the quality of a Four Seasons Home but with the dealership and their set up crew. Since we purchased a basement set home they were suppose to use a special roll on system but the company didn't have the roll on system but used someother method. At time of purchse we had a contingency clause not to order home until current home was sold but the dealership ordered it anyway and kept it on their lot. Before delivery of home, we were also lied to about the status of our home delivery and all the time it was on their lot for months and items were stripped from the home for others.

Catch a game at Notre Dame stadium, or discover the wildlife at Potawatomi Zoo. We are located in a serene parklike setting in Warrensburg and are in the Warrensburg School District. We are a only a few minutes from downtown Warrensburg & UCM. I am interested in Amazing new project in Frankfurt.

Our floors are heaving in some area's and our kitchen is sinking. The cabinets (after being replaced because cheap one's were sent instead of the raised oak that we ordered) are pulling away from the walls because the center of the house is sinking. We have no air return system even though it was ordered. I do believe they converted a manufactured house into a modular one. In 1996 we purchased a basement set home 72 X 28 with full drywall and overall we have been very satisfied with the home itself.
THought home was painted "contractor white" only to find out there was no paint whatsoever...just primer. The dealer could have told us before we moved in so we could paint, but left us in the dark until we tried wiping some dirt from around a switchplate and removing the primer in the process. The living rooms are large and feature fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, bay windows and lighted ceiling fans. Skylights offer much natural light throughout the homes.
They sent us a check that did not cover the labor for the repairs we had to make to the floors before covering them with new vinyl. We would never buy and wish we would have never bought this house. I have never seen such shoddy construction,that includes the on site crew. We have a 28x68 Four Seasons home,3 bed., 2 baths.
Master suites include walk-in closets and baths with whirlpools as well as double walk-in showers with seats, upgraded faucets, linen closets and beautiful double vanities with plentiful storage. The laundry rooms are spacious and include laundry sinks. Exterior doors feature gorgeous leaded glass. All Dream Homes include central air, attached 2 ½ car garages and are located on newly sodded sites. We purchased a Four Seasons home from Barnes Homes.
